Trade Construction Technician
We are currently seeking a skilled Trade Construction Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of trade work including plumbing, HVAC, gas fitting, backflow prevention, and elevator mechanics.
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Installation and repair of plumbing, HVAC, and gas fitting systems
- Installation of backflow prevention devices and pumps
- Maintenance and repair of elevators
- Conducting building energy analysis and making recommendations for improvement
- Performing site visits to assess and identify trade-related issues
- Collaborating with team members to ensure successful completion of projects
- Maintaining accurate records of work performed and reporting on progress and completion of projects
The successful candidate will have:
- Strong technical knowledge of a variety of trade skills, including plumbing, HVAC, and gas fitting
- Experience working with building codes, regulations, and standards
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and American Samoa part of a team
- Valid certifications and licenses relevant to trade skills
