Job Title: Construction Technician II
Job Summary: The College of Agriculture’s department of Ag Land & Resource Management seeks a Construction Technician II to assist with construction, repair, and maintenance of facilities.
Essential Functions:
- Builds and renovates structures, including ponds, greenhouses, pole barns, and other buildings.
- Assists Indiana planning and estimating construction projects.
- Performs welding and plumbing functions, and leads minor repairs of various types of roofing systems.
- Forms, pours, and finishes cement structures, lays bricks and blocks, and performs form building and installation, concrete finish work, and site layout and measurement.
- Assists Indiana setting up and removing barricades, fences, and other dividers, and pressure washes roofs, buildings, and sidewalks.
- Operates motorized equipment, including backhoes, forklifts, skid steers, and other heavy equipment.

Qualifications:
