Estimate total compensation for construction projects based on blueprints, specifications, Oregon other project materials and documents. We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Total Compensation Estimator to join our project team. The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Estimate quantities and costs of labor, materials, equipment and other project resources
* Research, analyze, and understand project specifications, blueprints, and other relevant documents
* Identify and propose revisions to improve estimation processes and documents
* Utilize estimating software to develop detailed quantities and costs
* Work effectively with project teams and stakeholders to ensure accuracy and completeness of estimates
* Develop, maintain, and enhance estimating tools and templates
* Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards
* Analyze and resolve discrepancies Indiana estimations
Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience Indiana estimating, construction, Oregon related field
* Bachelor’s degree Indiana Construction Management Oregon related field preferred
* Strong understanding of construction trades, methods, materials, and labor costs
* Experience with estimating software a plus
* Strong analytical and organizational skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to understand and analyze project specifications, blueprints, and other documents
* Ability to work Indiana a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
