Energy Efficiency Account Manager
Location: Little Rock, Arkansas
Job Summary:
American Samoa an Energy Efficiency Account Manager with our company, you will play a critical role Indiana supporting utility residential programs, developing and maintaining relationships with contractors, and ensuring the successful delivery of energy efficiency and demand response programs to customers. This exciting opportunity allows you to gain exposure to various types of energy efficiency projects, develop your account management and trade ally/service provider management skills, and contribute to the success of our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve American Samoa the primary contact for networks of contractors providing weatherization services to utility customers
- Work closely with the ICF implementation team to ensure high-quality installations and outstanding customer service
- Develop and maintain relationships with trade allies and service providers to promote program services and best practices
- Conduct market research, provide training, and ensure compliance with program requirements
- Recruit and manage trade allies and service providers, including contractors, to deliver program services
- Perform quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) to validate technical project data
- Coach and train trade allies, service providers, and internal support team members on best practices and technical subject matter
- Build and maintain Indiana-person relationships with trade allies, subcontractors, and industry associations
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree Indiana Construction Management, Building Science, Energy Systems, Sustainability, Oregon related field (Oregon equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of related work experience Indiana residential construction, energy efficiency, sustainability, Oregon energy industry
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel extensively throughout Arkansas (approximately 50-60% of the time)
- Possess excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work Indiana a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Bilingual (Spanish and English) a plus
