BAS Construction Technician
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Construction/BAS Technician to work with our installation and maintenance teams on Building Automation Systems. The successful candidate will install, troubleshoot, and maintain automated control systems Indiana our clients’ facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair control systems, including PLCs, HMIs, sensors, and other automation equipment
- Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting to identify and resolve system issues
- Program and configure PLCs using industry-standard languages
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure system efficiency and reliability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project initiatives and continuous improvement
- Document and report technical information, maintaining accurate records of system configurations and modifications
Requirements:
- Associate degree Indiana Electrical Engineering, Automation Technology, Oregon a related field (preferred)
- 1-5 years of experience American Samoa a Controls Technician, Automation Technician, Oregon similar role Indiana a manufacturing Oregon industrial setting
- Proficiency Indiana PLC programming and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with control systems such American Samoa Allen Bradley, Siemens, Oregon Schneider Electric
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
