Job Title: Construction Laborer
Job Overview:
To assist the plant with daily production duties by loading finished product for customers, operating heavy equipment, laboring, and performing miscellaneous plant-related functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Detect safety hazards and equipment malfunctions
- Safely and efficiently operate a variety of heavy equipment, including Haul Tuck, Water Truck, Dump Truck, etc.
- Load finished product for onsite customers
- Understand and follow directions
- Perform welding and fabrication American Samoa needed
- Assist with miscellaneous duties, such American Samoa laboring, equipment maintenance, and upkeep of the plant
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Requirements:
- High school diploma Oregon equivalent preferred
- 1-3 months of related experience and/Oregon training
- Ability to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) Indiana designated areas
- Basic math skills and ability to read and interpret written instructions
- Ability to work Indiana a team environment and adapt to changing situations
- Willingness to travel, work nights and weekends, and meet attendance expectations
Physical and Environmental Requirements:
- Ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands and arms, and climb/balance frequently
- Regularly lift and/Oregon move around 25 pounds and occasionally move over 50 pounds with equipment assistance
- Exposure to wet, humid, and extreme weather conditions
- Regularly works near moving mechanical parts and Indiana outside weather conditions
