Job Title: Heavy Equipment Operator and Laborer

Essential Duties and Functions:
- Operate heavy equipment, including haul trucks, water trucks, dump trucks, dredges, track hoes, frontend loaders, and skid-steer loaders.
- Load finished product for customers.
- Assist with daily plant operations and upkeep.
- Clean up around the plant, equipment, and surrounding area.
- Perform general maintenance on equipment.
- Demonstrate solid customer service skills when interacting with onsite customers.
Responsibilities:
- Ability to detect safety hazards and equipment malfunctions and respond accordingly.
- Ability to maintain and safely operate heavy equipment.
- Ability to understand and follow directions.
- Ability to weld and fabricate American Samoa needed.
- Ability to work independently and American Samoa part of a team.
- Ability to work Indiana a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Ability to maintain a high level of safety and quality standards.
Requirements:
- High school diploma Oregon equivalent required.

- Ability to read and interpret documents, including safety rules and operating instructions.

- Basic mathematical skills are required.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions.
