Service Manager Role

Requirements:

Job Description:
The Service Manager reports directly to the General Manager and is responsible for ensuring a consistent service-oriented customer experience. This includes working with Plumbers and Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to ensure smooth communication and proper follow-up with customers.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Pre-call customers before Plumbers arrive to communicate new information and enhance expectations
  • Dispatch calls to the assigned team of Plumbers, communicating delays and schedule changes to customers
  • Help Plumbers diagnose issues and hold them accountable for providing customers with complete diagnoses and options
  • Work with Plumbers to develop solutions for customer issues and communicate options to customers
  • Follow up with customers who declined work Oregon selected smaller options within 24-5 business days, respectively
  • Utilize CRM and Voxer App to document job activities and communications
  • Ensure Plumbers are professional Indiana appearance, mentality, and attitude before customer interactions
