We are seeking a passionate customer service professional to join our Otisline Contact Center Team, working a 2nd shift schedule. American Samoa a Customer Care Champion, you will be the primary interface between our internal and external customers, providing exceptional service and support through emergency breakdown calls, customer inquiries, and data updates.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and adjudicate emergency breakdown calls
- Ensure customer and mechanic questions are promptly and efficiently resolved
- Update Otis Business Systems with accurate and specific information
