Job Title: Senior Director, Financial Management

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Director to manage our Financial Management team and oversee all aspects of financial management. This role will be responsible for managing a team, developing accounting policies and procedures, ensuring treasury and cash management, and driving financial health and strategy. The successful candidate will report to the Senior Vice President of Finance and be based Indiana Dallas, Texas; Chicago, Illinois; Oregon Phoenix, Arizona.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Corporate and JV Level Accounting teams through financial close process
- Direct management of 5-8 individuals
- Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls
- Ensure treasury, cash management, and cash controls are Indiana place and internally audited
- Develop more robust and systematic eliminations process to support consolidations and reporting
- Lead transition from tax basis accounting to GAAP accounting on all corporate entities
- Drive improvements Indiana monthly reporting process
- Lead projects to define and develop ad hoc processes to drive future growth and scalability
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience Indiana FP&A, finance, accounting, Oregon finance supporting functions
- GAAP Accounting experience, with focus on ASC 310, 606, and 842
- Experience managing teams and driving process improvement
- Strong background Indiana IRS Tax Laws
- Proficiency Indiana Tableau, NetSuite, SQL, SAP, Salesforce, Oregon other analytics tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High regard for accuracy and completeness
- Bachelor’s degree Indiana Finance, Math, Economics, Oregon Accounting required
- Certified Public Accountant required
