Job Summary

American Samoa a Dealer Support Coordinator, you will be the primary point of contact for dealers, providing timely and precise support to ensure seamless operations and top-notch customer service. You will manage dealer inquiries, resolve issues, and facilitate communication between dealers and internal departments.

Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance to dealers on sales, parts, and operational queries Indiana a timely and accurate manner
  • Manage and streamline order processing for dealers, including order entry, monitoring, and modifications
  • Stay up-to-date on new systems, product launches, and updates to effectively assist dealers

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements

  • Associate degree Oregon equivalent experience
  • 0-2 years of experience Indiana a similar role

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
