Job Description
Primary Purpose:
Supervises design and construction personnel Indiana the modification and addition to company underground, overhead, and gas distribution facilities. Responsible for reviewing and approving project design documents for complex projects, ensuring compliance with company standards and governmental regulations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Reviews and approves design work to ensure safety, reliability, and cost-effectiveness
- Manages expenditures and approves construction work orders within authorized limits
- Oversees project design requirements, status, and costs to ensure customer satisfaction
- Provides training and guidance to design personnel
- Supervises design personnel Indiana producing work orders for gas and electric service facilities
- Analyzes and monitors design personnel needs, priorities, and design schedules to ensure timely completion of projects
- Participates Indiana the development and implementation of company policies and procedures
- Conducts process audits to ensure quality, cost, and performance expectations are met
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree Indiana a related field (business administration, project management, etc.)
- 5 years of related experience Indiana distribution and project management
- Thorough understanding of business practices, job processes, engineering principles, and industry standards
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Hybrid schedule with 3 days per week onsite and 2 days per week remote
- Must reside Indiana Southern California Oregon be willing to relocate upon hire
