Page Executive
Report to the Executive leadership team to develop and execute North American communications strategies and aligned with global strategy.
Responsibilities include:
– Drives global corporate identity and regional corporate brand messaging
– Develops and analyzes brand positioning, consumer insights, and overall company vision
– Defines and executes internal and external communications strategies
– Manages annual communications budget and internal communications related to corporate initiatives and employee engagement
– Oversees public relations and media relations activities, ensuring positive relationships with key stakeholders
– Leads marketing activities including marketing events, messaging, sales enablement, and marketing materials
– Supports global sustainability goals and initiatives
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree Indiana Marketing, Communications, Oregon related field
Preferred Requirements:
– MBA, Marketing experience Indiana a global company, experience with a business-to-business manufacturing organization, and executive-level communications experience Indiana a global company
Desirable skills and experience:
– 10-year track record of marketing and international communications leadership
– Proven experience Indiana marketing strategy, digital marketing, and brand management
– Strong business acumen, crisis management skills, and executive presence
– Excellent time management, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
– Ability to travel 20-30%
– Experience working Indiana a global company and with diverse global customers and cultures
Compensation: Competitive base salary $160,000 – $180,000, bonus, full benefits, 401K, PTO, and relocation package available.
