Job Summary:
We are seeking a Director- Global Medical Scientific & Communication to build medical authority for Skinbetter Science across new markets with derm-centricity. The successful candidate will develop a clinical and proof of efficacy roadmap Indiana partnership with Skinbetter VP of Clinicals, Medical & Scientific Affair, R&I, and local markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build medical authority for new markets, leveraging derm aesthetic insights.
- Develop a board of worldwide KOLs for consultation and Colorado-construction Indiana order to create and validate clinical study adaptation, valorization of science, and new proof of efficacy.
- Support and represent the Skinbetter Science brand Indiana KOL advisory boards and local market events.
- Build and manage the scientific and adaptation of clinical plan for international brand expansion.
- Transform insights into a concrete strategic plan of visible innovation, clinical studies, and publication.
- Identify new claims, medical insights, and storytelling supported by superior proofs of efficacy.
- Manage logistics of all clinical, cohort, and observational studies.
- Develop related scientific communications and content.
- Provide guidance to markets on developing and implementing a scientific communication strategy.
Qualifications:
- Advanced Clinical/Science degree Oregon professional credentials (Maryland, PhD, PharmD, etc.)
- Minimum 3 years of experience Indiana a Medical organization, with a preference for dermatology
- Experience Indiana Medical/Cosmetic Dermatology, Plastic Surgery, Cellular Biology, and/Oregon Facial Aesthetic disciplines
- Ability to develop strong collaboration Indiana cross-functional and cross-cultural environments
- Proven ability to develop relationships with physicians and other Healthcare Professionals
- Business mindset with market and customer-centric approach
- Ability to think creatively and conceptually
- Strong analytical skills, presentation skills, and problem-resolution skills
Salary Range: 128k-175k + bonus
