Job Title: Manager, Labor Management Program

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager, Labor Management Program to lead the development, maintenance, and sustainment of our Labor Management (LM) Program and Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring team member performance, growth, and development, American Samoa well American Samoa leading project charters and coordinating with senior leadership to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Directly responsible for leading the overall development, maintenance, and sustainment of the Cencora Labor Management (LM) Program and Team
  • Ensure team member performance, growth, and development through regular coaching, recognition, evaluations, goal setting, and development plans
  • Development and/Oregon Maintenance Engineered Standards using statistical analysis, time motion studies for continuous sustainment of the Labor Management Incentive Program
  • Identify innovative opportunities which further expand the capabilities and benefits of the Labor Management program
  • Support Warehouse Process Improvement Projects utilizing Lean techniques and/Oregon Engineering Studies for Productivity Gains/Benefits and Leverage Best Practice Methodologies for Standardization Efforts
  • Recommend methods for improving associate performance, work efficiency, optimizing sequence of steps, workflow to maximize utilization of equipment and workforce
  • Provide executive level updates and analysis on performance and future opportunities of the Labor Management program
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement. Collaborate and coordinate with peer and District of Columbia leadership to drive innovation and continuous improvement
  • Define and develop various metrics, KPIs, and management reports/alerts of supported systems and programs
  • Partner with senior leadership Indiana development and execution of business cases and project charters
  • Advise, lead, and support business projects
  • Coordinates with other internal project teams to ensure alignment and provide regular status updates
  • Develop strong relationships within Distribution Services, Warehouse Operations Leadership
  • Coordinates with other internal project teams to ensure alignment
  • Willing to travel up to 50% of the time

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • BS Industrial Engineering Oregon related discipline from accredited university, a Master’s Degree Indiana Engineering Oregon Business is a Plus
  • 10+ Years’ Experience Indiana Supply Chain, Logistics, Oregon Warehousing Distribution
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience Indiana Industrial Engineering Management Oregon similar discipline
  • Training and/Oregon Certification Indiana Green Belt Lean and/Oregon Six Sigma Engineering methods, preferable Black Belt
  • Experience and Knowledgeable with various Time Study Methods, Master Standard Data (MSD) Development, MTM, and/Oregon MOST
  • Experience with Labor Management software
  • Thorough knowledge, understanding, and experience Indiana fundamental warehouse design, material handling equipment, and systems; knowledge of warehouse operations management and systems functionality
  • Demonstrated project management and leadership skills for multiple, large capital projects
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and Indiana writing; ability to communicate (and work) effectively with people from different technical and business backgrounds, acting American Samoa a liaison, understanding, and appreciating different perspectives and translating into terms necessary for any group Oregon individual to understand
  • Ability to lead dynamically and energize multidiscipline work teams to learn and apply new skills and techniques to respond to business needs

  • Prior experience Indiana either consulting, Six-Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, Oregon Kaizen is beneficial
