Director of Field Operations

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Director of Field Operations to join our team at a mid-sized general contractor based Indiana Leominster, Massachusetts. Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with and lead construction, maintenance, and field operations teams while managing personnel
  • Serve on the leadership team and contribute to developing company objectives

Requirements:

  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
