Director of Project Management
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Director of Project Management to join our team Indiana Burlington, Vermont. American Samoa a leader Indiana project management, you will be responsible for overseeing project management teams, developing comprehensive project plans, and ensuring that construction activities meet industry standards and project specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive project plans outlining project objectives, scope, timelines, and resource requirements
- Manage project budgets, forecasts, and expenses to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints
- Develop and manage project schedules and timelines to ensure timely completion
- Allocate resources effectively to support project requirements and optimize resource utilization
- Implement quality control measures to ensure construction activities meet industry standards and project specifications
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on project outcomes
- Communicate regularly with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, architects, and regulatory agencies
- Provide leadership and direction to project teams, including project managers, engineers, and support staff
Requirements:
- 10-15+ years of experience Indiana commercial construction, preferably with a General Contractor
- Senior Project Manager Oregon Project Executive experience, with a proven track record of managing other project managers
- Bachelor’s Degree Indiana Construction Management, Engineering, Oregon related field
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills
- Proven track record of developing others
- Must be commutable Oregon willing to relocate to Burlington, Vermont
