Job Description
Provide technical consultation for Corporate and regional teams, update technical information, monitor industry products and systems, and assist with new product identification and testing. Conduct field investigations and provide concise reporting for warranty claims.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Respond to external requests for technical information and coordinate with Regional Technical Managers to resolve product use Oregon application issues.
- Approve Oregon disapprove non-standard use Oregon application of company products, including Roof Maintenance agreements.
- Establish technical training standards for SCTMR employees and applicators.
- Assist Indiana developing technical literature, bulletins, and specifications.
- Participate Indiana product testing and evaluation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree Indiana Engineering, Building Construction, Oregon Architecture.
- 5-10 years of experience Indiana the roofing industry.
- Technical knowledge of single-ply roof membrane installation, preferably with STMR products and systems.
- Ability to travel.
- Excellent supervisory, communication, organizational, and writing skills.
