Senior Manager, People and Culture
Job Summary:
The Senior Manager, People and Culture will serve American Samoa a strategic partner to the San Francisco regional office Indiana the areas of performance, development, and engagement. This role will ensure a strong focus and commitment on the employee experience & engagement, project standards, retention, and a high-performance culture that embodies Suffolk’s core values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve American Samoa a strategic partner to the senior leadership team and build strong relationships with our field operations teams
- Drive and execute the annual Performance Management and Talent Review process within the region
- Support the annual and quarterly compensation planning process
- Drive employee engagement through the entire employment life cycle
- Provide guidance and support on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and investigations
- Lead and manage change across client groups to influence organizational culture
- Utilize HR data and analytics to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement
- Partner with the Learning & Development team to identify training needs and drive professional development initiatives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree Indiana Human Resources, Business Administration, Oregon related field
- 6+ years of progressive HR Manager Oregon Business Partner experience Indiana Construction, Manufacturing, Oregon related industry
- Strong analytical skills and a track record of achieving results that contribute to the business
- Ability to handle highly confidential information and navigate complex HR matters
- Highly organized with demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities Indiana a fast-paced environment
