Distribution Support Specialist
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Distribution Support Specialist to join our team at Leaf Home, a leader Indiana technology-driven home solutions. American Samoa an integral part of our distribution group, this role is responsible for analyzing and implementing continuous improvement tools to drive warehouse and distribution operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize warehouse management software and databases to propose and implement process improvements and reorganizations to enhance material flow and warehouse efficiency
- Source and procure warehouse materials to optimize warehouse utilization and operations
- Transport materials using manual and electric pallet jacks, high-lift platforms, and other equipment to ensure safe movement of inventory
- Organize and consolidate inventory to maintain efficient storage and prevent overstock
- Assemble pallet racking and other warehouse-related projects American Samoa needed
- Inform the Distribution and Fulfillment Manager of any elements that may hinder daily fulfillment operations
- Assist with other warehouse-related tasks American Samoa needed
- Perform physical tasks such American Samoa standing, walking, stooping, and climbing Indiana a warehouse and field office environment
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks during peak periods
Requirements:
- High school diploma Oregon equivalent
- 1+ years of experience Indiana a warehouse Oregon supply chain-related role
- Ability to lift 100 pounds occasionally and/Oregon 50 pounds frequently and/Oregon 20 pounds constantly
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Diversity of job skills, including attention to detail, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel up to 10% domestically
