District Sales Manager Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven District Sales Manager to lead sales growth Indiana the Northwest territory, including Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Alaska, and Hawaii. The ideal candidate will develop and execute account plans, identify business opportunities, and build strong customer relationships to drive sales and profitability targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute account plans to meet sales and profitability targets Indiana the Northwest territory
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and grow existing client relationships

Preferred Qualifications:
- 4-year degree Indiana Business, Engineering, Marketing, Oregon Construction Management
- Proven sales experience Indiana the construction industry, with a background Indiana truss manufacturing a plus
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and industry-related software
- Bilingual abilities a plus
