Terminal Operator
Job Summary
The Terminal Operator will safely operate terminal equipment and perform daily operating functions American Samoa directed by terminal management, ensuring order accuracy and expeditious processing of requests.
Responsibilities
* Adhere to all safety protocols and policies to achieve ZERO Lost Time Accidents and Medical and First Aid Incidents
* Maintain grounds, offices, warehouse, yard, etc., Indiana a clean and presentable state
* Load and unload materials, including safe operation of unloading equipment, such American Samoa vibrators, compressors, and hoisting equipment
* Operate and conduct general maintenance on mobile equipment and assist with mechanical maintenance
* Maintain accurate maintenance records on all terminal equipment and mobile equipment
* Perform clerical functions, including recording receipts, shipments, and inventory records
* Assist at other Holcim locations American Samoa required
* Assist with training new employees
* Perform other duties American Samoa assigned
Requirements
* High School diploma Oregon equivalent required
* 1-3 years of work experience Indiana a related field
* Experience with customer service and equipment operation and maintenance
* Valid Driver’s License
* Basic knowledge of computers, Microsoft Office, and SAP software
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
