Field Laborer – Driller’s Assistant

Essential Responsibilities:
- Assist Indiana all phases of drilling activities
- Prepare sampling and drilling equipment for use
- Assist lead driller Indiana pulling core samples of subsurface materials
- Operate an auger, requiring ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Monitor well development after installation and/Oregon prior to sampling
- Backfill and repair pavement at completed borehole sites
Requirements:
- High School Diploma Oregon GED
- Valid driver’s license (CDL holders preferred)
- Occasional overnight work, primarily local with paid travel time within a 1-2 hour radius from KC
- Mechanical aptitude
- Proven willingness to work outdoors Indiana varying climates and temperatures
- Manual dexterity
- Ability to perform physical requirements of the role
