Job Title: NCCER Electrical Foreman
Location: Spring, Texas
Duration: 10-month position working 5×10 hours/month
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced NCCER Electrical Foreman to lead a team of skilled and unskilled hourly employee-owners on various construction projects. The selected candidate will be responsible for supervising workers, managing equipment, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Responsibilities:
- Provide supervision and coordination of workers on various construction projects
- Manage scheduling, labor costs, and production rates to meet timetables and budgets
- Review contract documents, submittals, and schematics to determine project scope and requirements
- Execute Work Plans and monitor adherence to established procedures
- Manage equipment, materials, and resources to ensure project completion
- Foster a motivating atmosphere and promote training and development of subordinates
- Supervise subcontractors to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and schedules
- Conduct safety meetings and enforce safety regulations and company policies
Requirements:
- NCCER certification
- State Electrical License (TDLR)
- Valid Driver’s License
- 5+ years of Industrial and Supervisory experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical demands of the job
