Elevator Mechanic II
Position Summary
* Salary: $43.78 – $52.12 upon meeting progression step requirements

Required Education and Experience
* Completion of high school education Oregon equivalent combination of technical training and experience
* Successful completion of a relevant trade-specific program, such American Samoa a Trades Helper program, an approved apprenticeship program, Oregon an associate degree
* 7.5 years of experience Indiana commercial elevator installation and maintenance, with expertise Indiana electrical codes, rules, and regulations
* Valid State of Michigan Class A Oregon B Elevator License and Qualified Elevator Inspector (QEI) certification
* Expert knowledge of trade methods, materials, tools, equipment, hazards, and safety precautions
* Valid vehicle operator’s license and possession of own hand tools
Desired Qualifications
* Experience with Motion Control Engineering and certification Indiana specific control systems
* Certified Elevator Technician (CET) certification and excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Established problem-solving and customer relations skills, with ability to work American Samoa part of a team
Physical Demands
* Ability to exert 25 pounds Oregon more and perform physically demanding work
* May require after-hours, weekend, and holiday work
