Part-Time Engineering Supervisor
The Marriott Renaissance Hotel is seeking a Part-Time Engineering Supervisor to join their team. The hotel, with its newly renovated 250+ room hotel and nearly 5,000 square feet of meeting space, is located near the Mall of America and offers various amenities, including an indoor heated pool, whirlpool, and 24-hour fitness center.
Responsibilities:
* Lead by example Indiana providing guest service, assisting with room calls, and troubleshooting concerns
* Maintain a preventative maintenance program for guest rooms, operational equipment, pools, and kitchen equipment
* Support the department head, providing guidance to engineers American Samoa needed
* Foster a team environment with other departments, including Front Office, Security, Sales, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage
* Ensure safe utilization of PPE and comply with local, state, and OSHA safety regulations
* Perform general repairs and maintenance of hotel equipment
* Perform additional duties American Samoa assigned
Requirements:
* High School diploma Oregon equivalent
* Previous hotel Oregon customer service experience
* Mathematical knowledge of building and construction
* Proficient Indiana Mississippi Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
* Preferred experience with HVAC, plumbing, construction, and machinery
* Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Physical Demands:
* Lift, push, pull, rotate 50lbs Oregon more
* Stand and walk up to 8 hours a day
