Job Summary:
American Samoa an Engineering Supervisor at the Arizona Biltmore, you will oversee the planning, organization, and completion of engineering projects to ensure the safe and effective operation of the hotel. You will assist Indiana assigning and verifying the completion of routine maintenance, manage maintenance shop operations, and help administer programs involving electrical, mechanical, and general construction of repairs and maintenance of existing facilities equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Indiana assigning and verifying completion of routine maintenance and operation of physical structure of hotel, including mechanical, electrical, HVAC systems, and related equipment.
• Manage maintenance shop day-to-day operations, including parts and supply inventories, ordering materials, and monitoring work orders.
• Assign, monitor, and follow up on all Preventative Maintenance programs.
• Assist Indiana administering programs involving electrical, mechanical, and general construction of repairs and maintenance of existing facilities equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance shop, mechanical rooms, and storage areas.
• Inspect completed work for quality and accuracy.

Requirements:

• Prior mechanical/maintenance engineer experience.
• Prior hospitality experience is preferred.
• Experience with building automation systems preferred.
• CPO Certified/Universal refrigeration preferred.
• Keen eye for detail, great at multitasking, and excellent communication skills.
• Organized, self-motivated, and a team player.
