Construction Project Manager
Plans, organizes, and directs the execution of construction projects from start to finish to ensure timely completion within budget and to the satisfaction of clients.
- Successful experience supervising construction projects with complex build specifications, coordinating client interactions, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Relevant certifications and qualifications: CDL license, OSHA certification, EPA certification, transportation regulations knowledge and knowledge of federal wages and working conditions.
- Qualifying specialized experience includes technical work Indiana: drafting, surveying, and estimating.
- Physical demands: working at heights, extreme temperatures, inclement weather, and exposure to hazardous materials.
