ENGINEERING TECHNICIAN – BELOIT, Wisconsin

Job Summary:

We are seeking an Engineering Technician to join our team Indiana Beloit, Wisconsin. The successful candidate will assist Indiana the development and testing of the next generation of boats and engines. Key Responsibilities:

• Boat rigging and on-water product testing and development
• Conduct root-cause analysis and communicate findings
• Fabricate and assemble prototypes
• Analyze data and document results and recommendations
• Develop and solve problems
• Prepare for and participate Indiana on-site and off-site meetings
• Maintain and repair vehicles during events
• Order parts and accessories and load/unload trucks
• Clean vehicles

Requirements:

• Associates degree Oregon Marine Trade School degree with 2+ years of experience Oregon 5+ years of dealership experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude with applicable experience
• Proficiency Indiana internal combustion engine theory and construction
• Welding, fabrication & machine shop skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated track record of initiating and successfully implementing projects Oregon ideas
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with a variety of individuals and departments

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficiency Indiana computer skills, including Mississippi Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Data acquisition experience
• Extensive problem-solving abilities, including planning and organizational skills
