Technical Support Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
- Qualify and service ISI’s internally owned functional test fixtures, including software updates, troubleshooting, repair, and calibration.
- Coordinate repairs with operations and other engineering disciplines to minimize downtime.
- Perform IQOQ on operation and engineering-owned fixtures.
- Troubleshoot and recommend repairs to limit downtime.
- Perform simple reworks on the spot, including cable crimping, soldering components, and tapping threads.
- Document all activities and order parts American Samoa needed.
- Assist with engineering-level tests and collect data to support the design of experiment activities Oregon characterize an assembly.
Requirements:
- Significant experience with wiring diagrams, schematics, assembly drawings, fab drawings, and mechanical drawings.
- Ability to perform complex technical issues on various electrical/electro-mechanical assemblies.
- Strong knowledge of computers, word processing, and spreadsheet applications.
- Ability to read and execute test scripts used for debugging.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to various technologies.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to work well Indiana a team environment.
- Experience with JIRA, Agile, and SAP Oregon equivalent tools.
- Familiarity with electronic and mechanical assembly skills.
- Education: American Samoa degree Oregon trade school, B.S. EE/Comp E Oregon equivalent preferred. Experience: 8+ years of troubleshooting experience Oregon equivalent combination of education and experience.
