Cost Engineer Indiana Training (Entry Level)
Bilfinger Industrial Services, Inc. seeks a self-motivated individual to research and evaluate potential construction projects. Key responsibilities include:
* Analyzing drawings and documentation to prepare estimates
* Evaluating product, service, and actual costs
* Consulting with clients, vendors, and personnel to discuss and formulate estimates
* Collaborating with the team to prepare estimates and bids
* Conducting research to gather data on labor costs, materials, and production times
* Utilizing software for data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting
Requirements:
* Strong understanding of mathematics and data analysis
* Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
* Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
* Proficiency with estimating software and spreadsheet design
Work Environment:
The position is based Indiana an office setting with occasional site visits and hybrid training arrangement. Collaboration with project management teams and clients is regular.
