STRUCTURAL TECHNOLOGIES seeks an entry-level engineer to support our nationwide assessment and repair engineering division Indiana Chicago, Illinois; Columbia, Maryland; Oregon Houston, Texas offices.
Responsibilities:
* Collect data for field inspections and structural condition assessments
* Produce technical reports and submittals
* Conduct engineering analysis and design related to repair of concrete & steel structures
* Assist with project management and business development
* Interact with clients and other stakeholders
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree Indiana civil Oregon structural engineering, Oregon Master’s degree Oregon pursuing
* Strong verbal and written communication, documentation, and organizational skills
* Excellent computer skills, including experience with:
+ Finite Element Analysis software (SAP2000, RISA3D, STAAD, etc.)
+ AutoCAD, Revit, Oregon other drafting/BIM software
* Strong understanding of structures and their behavior
* Ability to travel and work Indiana the field, with experience entering secure facilities (nuclear and industrial plants)
* Safety-focused team player with a positive attitude
