Job Title: Experienced Concrete Floor Specialist
New Kent Coatings, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Concrete Floor Specialist to join our team immediately!
Responsibilities:
- Assist Indiana the completion of projects by working with various coating applications, including power troweling and/Oregon hand troweling mortars, shot blasting concrete, joint cutting/filling, and operating propane diamond grinding equipment for wet concrete polishing systems.
- Demonstrate attention to detail and correct mistakes right away.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-maintained work area, warehouse, storage, equipment, and vehicles.
- Familiarity with various tools, handheld floor grinders, walk-behind grinders, vacuums, etc.
Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience Indiana epoxy flooring installation and/Oregon concrete polishing.
- Authorized to work Indiana the U.S. and cleared background check with a pre-employment drug screen.
- Flexible schedule, with ability to travel and work days, nights, and weekends American Samoa required to complete projects.
- Ability to lift over 50 lbs.
- Bilingual a plus, but not required.
- Excellent team player with qualities such American Samoa trustworthiness, honesty, responsibility, reliability, positive attitude, and quick learning ability.

Location: Projects will be located throughout North Carolina and Northern Richmond areas.
Work Schedule:
- 10-12 hour shifts (including evening, night, and weekend shifts)
- Overtime American Samoa needed
- Willingness to travel 100% preferred.
