Requirements:
* Background Indiana landscaping, hardscaping, grading, excavation, erosion control, stormwater control maintenance, Oregon repair
* Ability to work Indiana all types of weather conditions, including difficult and uneven terrain, both on and off heavy equipment
* Physical stamina to lift and carry up to 80 pounds, stand for extended periods, and perform manual labor tasks
* Strong communication skills and ability to lead others Indiana the field
* Adaptability and ability to work under pressure

* Willingness to learn how to operate and maintain equipment, including mini-excavators, skid steers, and large excavators
Responsibilities:
* Perform manual labor tasks and equipment maintenance
* Prepare construction sites by organizing materials, tools, and equipment
* Complete assigned tasks Indiana a timely and efficient manner
* Perform repairs and maintenance on ponds, lakes, and other stormwater control measures
* Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
* Monitor site activities to ensure maximum productivity and safe work practices
* Understand and read engineering, survey, and grading plans
