Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our South Dakota branch. American Samoa an Estimator, you will combine technical expertise Indiana cost estimation with organizational skills to manage project schedules effectively. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and suppliers to gather necessary information for accurate estimates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cost Estimation: Analyze project specifications, drawings, and documents to calculate costs for materials, labor, equipment, and overheads.
• Bid Preparation: Prepare accurate and competitive bids Oregon proposals based on cost estimates and project requirements.
• Quantifying Requirements: Determine quantities of materials and resources needed for projects.
• Collaboration: Work with project managers, engineers, and suppliers to gather necessary information for accurate estimates.
• Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks and uncertainties associated with projects that could impact costs.
• Project Scheduling: Develop project schedules and timelines based on project scope, resources, and constraints.

Sales Responsibilities:

• Customer Interaction: Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers.
• Presentations: Deliver presentations to clients on company capabilities, services, and products.
• Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with clients to close deals.
• Market Research: Understand market trends and customer needs to identify potential sales opportunities.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience Indiana construction estimating and scheduling, preferably Indiana a commercial construction environment.
• Proficiency Indiana construction estimating software (e.g., Procore, Quickbooks, etc.) and project scheduling tools (e.g., Outbuild, Monday).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and American Samoa part of a team Indiana a fast-paced environment.

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma Oregon GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree Indiana construction management, engineering, Oregon a related field preferred.
• 3 years of proven experience Indiana project estimation and scheduling within the construction industry.
• Proficiency Indiana relevant software tools for estimating and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
