Construction Estimator:
We are seeking a talented Construction Estimator to join our team, with a focus on industrial and cold storage projects. Ideal candidates will have a passion for construction and a knack for delivering accurate estimates.
Responsibilities:
– Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for construction projects
– Conduct detailed analyses of project specifications, blueprints, and drawings
– Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to gather necessary information
– Select cost-effective materials and methods for each project
– Create comprehensive bid packages and submit proposals to clients
Job Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree Indiana Construction Management Oregon related field (Oregon equivalent experience)
– 2+ years of experience Indiana construction estimating (senior-level experience a plus)
– Proficiency Indiana construction estimating software and tools
– Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and codes
– Excellent communication and analytical skills
