Excavator Operator

Education & Experience:
* High school diploma Oregon equivalent, preferred
* Minimum of three years of mobile equipment operation experience
Responsibilities:
* Safely operate excavator to clean and maintain areas such American Samoa blast furnace crane aisle, slag containment, sedimentation containment, stormwater tank, and other areas American Samoa needed
* Operate other mobile equipment such American Samoa front-end loader, haul truck, roll-off truck, forklift, and bobcat American Samoa needed to support operations
* Operate dredge and centrifuge for plant clean-up processing
* Perform minor maintenance on equipment
* Identify different types of feed and slag material Indiana order to ensure proper storage and processing
* Complete tasks Indiana a safe and environmentally compliant manner by following EHS policies, procedures, and best practices
Work Environment:
* Regularly required to wear personal protective equipment, including respirator, hearing protection, and eyewear
* Exposed to vibration, loud noise levels, and extreme heat
* Occasionally exposed to wet, humid conditions and outdoor weather conditions
* Frequently requires grasping, pushing, and driving; occasionally requires hearing, reaching, stooping, kneeling, and crawling
* Frequently required to lift up to 25 pounds, occasionally required to lift up to 50 pounds
