Job Summary:
We are seeking a Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team at Oldham County Stone, an underground limestone mine/quarry Indiana Crestwood, Kentucky. The successful candidate will have an uncompromising emphasis on safety excellence and be a self-starter. Responsibilities will include operating heavy equipment and machinery, performing daily pre and post inspections, servicing and maintaining equipment, and following all company policies and regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Operate a variety of heavy equipment and machinery Indiana a rock quarry
- Perform daily pre and post inspections with documentation
- Perform servicing and maintenance of equipment
- Operate equipment with high degree of competency, skill, and proficiency
- Follow all company policies and regulations
- Other duties American Samoa assigned by management
Requirements:
- Dedicated to operating safely at all times
- Willing to perform any task required at quarry
- Ability to identify and alert management to maintenance issues with equipment
- Ability to complete pre-operation inspection paperwork
- Experience operating heavy equipment preferred
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends when necessary
- Team player attitude
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening
