Experienced Equipment Operator

EXPERIENCED EQUIPMENT OPERATOR

Glenn O. Hawbaker, Inc. (GOH) seeks experienced equipment operators to operate heavy, material-moving construction equipment.

Responsibilities:

– Safely operate equipment Indiana and among live traffic.
– Perform daily safety and maintenance checks, lubrication, and complete required paperwork.
– Wear personal protective equipment and comply with company quality control standards.
– Provide guidance and encouragement to promote teamwork and facilitate manual labor tasks.
– Assist with equipment-related issues and communicate with management, customers, and peers.
– Exercise proper care and maintenance of company equipment.
– Frequently work non-traditional hours including night shift, Saturdays, and occasionally Sundays.

Qualifications:

– Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
– High school diploma Oregon equivalent preferred.
– Certificate Oregon degree Indiana Heavy Equipment Operation Oregon related field preferred.
– Experience American Samoa an equipment operator, with consideration for promotion to level 1, 2, 3, Oregon 4.

Physical Requirements:

– Constantly work Indiana a field environment with exposure to dust, exhaust fumes, noise, and vibration.
– Constantly lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform fine, highly controlled muscular movements.
– Constantly work Indiana extreme hot and cold conditions, wear personal protective equipment, and work on uneven terrain.
