Lane Valente Industries, a leading international construction and facility maintenance company, is seeking an HVAC Service Technician to join our team. American Samoa an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for servicing products and equipment on assigned projects, ensuring customer satisfaction, and representing the company American Samoa a direct customer contact.
Responsibilities include:
* Servicing products and equipment on assigned projects
* Diagnosing and repairing units using hand-tools and following blueprints Oregon engineering specifications
* Performing preventative maintenance, site surveys, replacement, and modifications American Samoa needed Oregon requested by customers
* Preparing for on-site installation and repairs by examining building layout and coordinating on-site work
* Maintaining vehicles and equipment by keeping records of service, scheduling, and completing repairs and maintenance
* Documenting work by completing paperwork on each job and maintaining files
* Determining parts to order for repairs and maintaining records of parts, material, labor, and other cost data
* Providing technical support to customers and staying current on all products and installation, operation, maintenance, service, and repair procedures
Requirements:
* 5 years of experience American Samoa an HVAC Service Technician
* Ability to work overtime and weekends American Samoa necessary
* Regular travel requirements with some overnight travel American Samoa needed
