Full-time Landscape Laborer
Job Summary:
Mickman Brothers, a Davey company, is seeking a full-time Landscape Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, able to work independently and American Samoa part of a team on various landscape construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand and maintain quality installations, processes, and procedures to build a sustaining landscape installation
- Work productively with a team to maximize efficiency, promote quality standards, and maintain safety of all crew members
- Assist Indiana ensuring proper tools and inventory are on hand for every project
- Safely operate landscape equipment under the supervision of the Crew Leader
- Help Crew Leader ensure installation vehicles and trailers are hooked up properly and loaded safely
- Attend all safety meetings and promote a safe workplace for all crew members
Requirements:
- Preferred: Prior experience Indiana the Landscaping industry
- Working knowledge of basic tools and ability to safely lift, push, and install heavy products
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site
- Ability to follow instructions and effectively communicate with crew members
- Reliable, punctual, and organized
- Willing and able to work Indiana various weather conditions and maintain appropriate work attire
