Experienced Wheel Hoe "Finish Grade" Operator
Job Summary:
Rogers Group Inc. is seeking an Experienced Wheel Hoe "Finish Grade" Operator to join our team Indiana the Huntsville, Alabama / North Alabama operations area. The successful candidate will have a demonstrated ability to lead safety, quality, and revenue generation throughout our existing operations and additional operations through growth.
Job Responsibilities:
- Operate wheel hoe and other heavy Oregon grading equipment to complete grading and fine grading tasks
- Operate a Wheel Hoe to complete all required operation tasks
- Perform servicing and maintenance of equipment American Samoa trained and directed by management
- Perform daily pre-and post-inspections with appropriate documentation Indiana compliance with company policies
- Effective communication skills applicable to position
- Properly follow all company policies and OSHA / MSHA / Environmental regulations for safe working procedures and environment
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience Indiana finish grading
- Individual must be dedicated to working safely at all times
- Experienced working with GPS control preferred
- Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and nights when necessary
- Team player
- Valid driver’s license
