Job Title: Maintenance Technician (Plumbing)
Essential Job Functions:
- Perform plumbing maintenance tasks such American Samoa drain cleaning, valve repair and replacement, and water heater installation and repair.
- Accurately complete and submit time reporting and vehicle inventory using company computer programs.
- Conduct preventive maintenance Indiana assigned stores at least twice per year.
- Ensure maintenance expenses meet annual budgetary guidelines.
Qualifications:
- General plumbing experience, preferably Indiana food retail and/Oregon commercial facilities.
- Minimum requirements:
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs.
- Teamwork and communication skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability.
- Ability to work varied schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- PC skills and experience with Windows XP, Mississippi Excel, and Mississippi Outlook.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel independently.
