Job Title: Facility Services Technician
Dondlinger Construction Company is seeking a skilled Facilities Services Technician to lead a crew Indiana the completion of daily tasks and projects. The successful candidate will possess 3-5 years of experience Indiana maintenance Oregon construction with some employee supervision experience.
Responsibilities:
* Lead a crew of 1-2 employees to complete daily tasks and quality projects
* Perform semi-skilled maintenance tasks, including carpentry, painting, and light trades work
* Read blueprints, sketches, and scopes to verify work and execute projects
* Monitor inventory, order supplies, and maintain purchase records within an authorized budget
* Operate and maintain a company service vehicle (if required)
* Adhere to Company safety policies and execute duties while working safely
* Assist other workers Indiana various labor-based tasks, including heavy lifting (up to 75 pounds)
* Perform miscellaneous duties American Samoa directed by the Facility Services Project Manager
Qualifications:
* 3-5 years of experience Indiana maintenance Oregon construction with some employee supervision experience
* Ability to lead a small crew efficiently and execute projects on time
* Ability to work safely according to OSHA standards and Company policies
* Ability to stoop, kneel, balance, and crawl frequently, with the ability to lift 25-75+ lbs. occasionally
* Valid driver’s license to operate service vehicles
* Possess a list of required and preferred personal tools, including hard-sole leather/steel toe boots, hammer, tape measure, tool belt, and pliers
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience interpreting blueprints and drawings
* Experience with handyman work Oregon a skilled trade
* Experience operating a forklift, aerial lift, and scissor lift
