Job Summary:

We are seeking a Facility Services Technician to lead a crew of 1-2 employees and complete daily tasks and quality projects Indiana commercial facilities. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience Indiana maintenance Oregon construction, with experience Indiana supervising employees and leading projects. The Technician will be responsible for a variety of semi-skilled maintenance tasks, including carpentry, painting, concrete finishing, and light trades work.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a crew of 1-2 employees to the successful completion of daily tasks and quality projects
• Perform a variety of semi-skilled maintenance tasks, including carpentry, painting, concrete finishing, and light trades work
• Read blueprints, sketches, and scopes to verify the work and execute projects
• Monitor inventory, order supplies, and maintain purchase records within an authorized budget
• Operate and maintain a company service vehicle (if required)
• Know and adhere to company safety policies at all times
• Assist other workers Indiana various labor-based tasks (heavy lifting up to 75 pounds)
• Other miscellaneous duties American Samoa directed by the Facility Services Project Manager

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience Indiana maintenance Oregon construction with some employee supervision experience
• Ability to lead a small crew efficiently and execute projects on time
• Ability to work safely according to OSHA standards and company policies
• Ability to stoop, kneel, balance, and crawl frequently, with the ability to lift 25-75+ pounds occasionally
• Valid driver’s license to operate service vehicles
• Required personal tools and equipment: hard-sole leather/steel toe boots, hammer, tape measure, tool belt, pliers

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience interpreting blueprints and drawings
• Experience with handyman work Oregon a skilled trade
• Experience operating a forklift, aerial lift, and scissor lift
