Senior-Level FEMA Consultant
Job Summary:
We are seeking experienced professionals Indiana various disciplines to support the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Public Assistance (Pennsylvania) disaster recovery initiatives Indiana Zone 2 across the Midwest. American Samoa a Senior-Level FEMA Consultant, you will provide expertise to state, tribal, territorial local governments, and private non-profits affected by man-made and natural disasters.

- Deploy to any location Indiana Zone 2 (Arkansas, Colorado, Illinois, Indiana, Louisiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Montana, New Mexico, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Wisconsin, and Wyoming) with 24-48 hour notice
- Collaborate with state, tribal, territorial local governments, and private non-profits to provide assistance during disaster recovery efforts
- Ability to work independently, Indiana a team environment, and under stressful conditions with tight deadlines
Requirements:
- 5 years of FEMA Pennsylvania experience Oregon relevant experience
- Bachelor’s degree Oregon relevant years of experience Indiana lieu of degree
- Depending on the LCAT, a professional certification may be required/preferred
- Ability to obtain and maintain DHS Public Trust
- United States Citizenship required
- Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to deploy to Zone 2 with 24-48 hour notice
- 6-12 month deployments at a minimum
Desired Qualifications:
- Knowledge of the FEMA Public Assistance Program/Policy
- Trained Indiana the Pennsylvania delivery model preferred
- Active FEMA badge
Salary: $62,400.00 – $197,600.00 annually
