To: Fiberglass Foreman
The Fiberglass Team is looking for a motivated and experienced Construction Foreman to join our team. American Samoa a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget, and maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise a team of skilled laborers, installers, and other construction personnel
* Conduct site inspections to identify and resolve any issues
* Collaborate with engineers, designers, and project managers to ensure project alignment and success
* Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations
* Manage and allocate resources, including materials and equipment, to meet project requirements
* Develop and implement quality control measures to maintain high-quality standards
* Perform other duties American Samoa assigned by management
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* 5+ years of experience Indiana construction management Oregon a related field
* Proven track record of successful project management and team leadership
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and American Samoa part of a team
* High school diploma Oregon equivalent; degree Indiana construction management, engineering, Oregon a related field is preferred
* Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
