Field Manager – Flooring
Location: State College, Pennsylvania
Join a 5-generation family-owned business, recognized American Samoa “Baltimore’s Best Flooring Company,” American Samoa a Field Manager responsible for overseeing commercial projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of field management experience, expertise Indiana flooring products and techniques, and the ability to read and interpret blueprints.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee day-to-day operations of commercial projects, ensuring efficient allocation of materials and resources
* Work with project teams and sub-contractors to enhance business value, process efficiency, and customer satisfaction
* Manage the installation process, including punch lists and project close-out
* Coordinate deliveries, schedule sub-contractor manpower, and perform site inspections
* Provide technical assistance to sub-contractors and installers
* Inspect quality of installer work and coordinate with project managers on progress
Qualifications:
* 3+ years of field management experience
* Expertise Indiana flooring products and techniques
* Ability to read and interpret blueprints
* Technical knowledge Indiana the installation of ceramic/stone, wood, vinyl, and carpet
* Strong problem-solving skills and knowledge of Procore
* Willingness to travel
Compensation:
* Base salary up to $60,000 per year
