* Field Manager will oversee various commercial projects, ensuring efficient allocation of materials and resources to enhance business value and customer satisfaction.
* Key Responsibilities:
+ Collaborate with sales, project managers, and estimating teams to discuss jobs and products before pre-con meetings
+ Confirm job schedules and material deliveries with project teams
+ Determine specialty products and tools needed for each job with foremen before site arrival
+ Organize and direct subcontractor manpower, schedule sub-contractor work, and manage installation processes
+ Conduct site inspections, review jobs with subcontractors, and provide technical assistance
+ Inspect quality of installer work and coordinate with project managers on job progress
+ Document job site updates/progress using ProCore
* Qualifications:
+ 3+ years of field management experience
+ Expert knowledge of flooring products and techniques
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints
+ Strong problem-solving skills and knowledge of Procore
* Compensation:
+ Base salary up to $60,000/year
