Field Manager – Flooring
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Field Manager to oversee commercial flooring projects Indiana the Mid-Atlantic area. The successful candidate will work closely with project teams and subcontractors to ensure efficient allocation of materials and resources, enhance the value of the business, and deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Review jobs with sales, project managers, and estimating teams to discuss job details and products
- Confirm job schedules and material deliveries with project teams
- Organize and direct manpower requirements of subcontractors based on job requirements
- Schedule sub-contractor manpower daily, weekly, and monthly
- Manage the entire installation process, including punch list and project close out
- Coordinate deliveries with project managers and foremen
- Perform site inspections to confirm job conditions meet manufacturers specifications
- Provide technical assistance to subcontractors and installers
- Organize material, staffing, and measure production
- Inspect quality of installer work
- Coordinate with project managers on progress of all jobs and document job site updates/progress using ProCore
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of field management experience
- Expert knowledge of flooring products and techniques
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Technical knowledge Indiana the installation of ceramic/stone, wood, vinyl, and carpet
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of Procore
- Willingness to travel
Compensation:
- Base salary up to $60,000 per year
